Process
Initial Consultation
- Determine your needs and obtain an overall project scope.
- Obtain measurements and photo record property conditions.
- Determine the extent of design plans required.
- An initial fee will be collected to start the design process.
Contract Signing
Using the preliminary plans, measurements and project details an estimate of the project cost will be balanced with the allotted budget.
Preconstruction Meeting
The total project and final costs will be discussed and a project schedule will be determined.
Billing
Based on the size of the project either 1/3 or 1/2 will be collected on the project starting date. One third will be collected after the rough electrical, plumbing and carpentry have been completed. The balance will be billed at the completion and inspection of the project. Included will be any add-ons and adjustments. Additional billing may occur based on the scope of the project.
